A HARVEST FEST THANK YOU!
We are SO grateful to the amazing community of gardeners, growers, cooks, local businesses, and non-profits who celebrated the harvest and our local food system at our 5th Annual Harvest Festival! Our free annual event had something for everyone, from food tastings, cooking demonstrations, live music and dance, arts and crafts, children’s activities, garden tours, and much more! We thank all our incredibly dedicated volunteers as well as the hundreds of attendees for coming out and showing support of FIVE years of Mill City Grows!
A Special Check Presentation from Whole Foods Market
On September 8, Whole Foods Market donated 5% of net sales to Mill City Grows from five regional Whole Foods locations as part of their quarterly 5% Community Giving Day! Representatives from Whole Foods Market made a special visit to Harvest Festival to present their donation check to us in person, which gave us the perfect opportunity to express our gratitude!
