About The Project: The Bartlett Community Partnership School Garden was built in the spring of 2015 as an addition to its existing courtyard pollinator garden established in 2009. Creativity is alive and well at the school as teachers are actively integrating the garden into their classroom curriculum. Students and their teachers grow fresh produce for the school community in their raised beds that is used in classroom taste testing and afterschool programming. A special area in the garden is dedicated to the memory of Melissa Boyd, a teacher at the school who passed away in 2012.
