About Madhrasi:
Chai is more than a drink for millions of people — it’s an emotion. For Chef Nancy Daniel, it’s a feeling of home, warmth, and connection. Raised in Madras, South India, and trained in culinary arts in Boston, Nancy founded Madhrasi with a mission to bring authentic chai to the U.S. and serve it with the same South Indian warmth and love she grew up with in India.
