Join Mingh Hattori for this supportive class for older adults, caregivers, and herbal enthusiasts interested in using herbs to promote vitality, cognitive support, mobility, and graceful aging. We’re so exctited to welcome Mingh back to Mill City Grows for another great workshop!

Mingh is a community herbalist and nurse dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their health through the wisdom of plants, the power of prevention, and the healing rhythms of nature.

By making small changes as individuals, we can have a larger impact on our changing climate. Come join us!

Mill City Grows Community Workshops create space for community members to share knowledge and connect with others. Our hands-on workshops provide tools and resources on a variety of topics, including gardening, composting, cooking, and practicing a sustainable way of life.

Workshops are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in length, and are free and open to the public. Donations are gratefully accepted!
