Embark on a journey into the wonderful world of bread baking in this FREE workshop with Shannon Arenburg, founder of Pizzelle! You’ll learn the basic principles of bread making, from understanding how to maintain a starter to learning the laws of yeast and exploring the differences between flours. You’ll also master kneading techniques and discover the satisfaction of producing delicious crusty loaves and fluffy rolls. Whether you’re a novice or an aspiring bread baker, this class will equip you with the skills and confidence to create homemade bread like a pro!

Mill City Grows Community Workshops create space for community members to share knowledge and connect with others. Our hands-on workshops provide tools and resources on a variety of topics, including gardening, composting, cooking, and practicing a sustainable way of life.
Workshops are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in length, and are free and open to the public. Donations are gratefully accepted!
