Spring 2023 Farm to Table Cooking Classes
Mill City Grows’ Farm to Table Cooking Classes are designed to give kids and adults the skills to prepare fresh, seasonal, affordable meals together. Participants will experience fun, hands-on, step-by-step food preparation in a working kitchen, and will take home their freshly cooked meal to share with family.
Our spring classes will focus on plant-based cooking, vegetable storage tips, plus meal preparation and preservation. Mill City Grows will provide the fresh ingredients! Space is limited to 6 persons and attendees may register for one or both classes.

Location: Mill City Grows ROOT Kitchen

Tuition: $40 per person, per class
FREE tuition for SNAP/HIP, Tufts Medicine clients, MCG Farm Share recipients, and MCG School & Community Gardeners!
Class Parking: Metered parking is available on Hall Street, and free accessible parking is available in our ROOT parking lot. Meters are free after 5pm.
