Mill City Grows’ Farm to Table Family Cooking Classes are designed to give families and adults the skills to prepare fresh, seasonal, affordable meals together.  Each class is hands-on, interactive, and great for any age or skill level.  All workshops focus on nutrition, meal planning, and healthy eating tips. Also, produce highlighted in each class is grown by us right here in Lowell!
