Mill City Grows’ Farm to Table Family Cooking Classes are designed to give families and adults the skills to prepare fresh, seasonal, affordable meals together. Each class is hands-on, interactive, and great for any age or skill level. All workshops focus on nutrition, meal planning, and healthy eating tips. Cost: $15 per family, FREE for Mill City Grows Community Gardeners
